I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and multilingual. They provided me a safe in my room and followed all the hygiene protocols strictly. The location of this hotel is fantastic, surrounded by scenic walking trails in both Germany and Luxembourg. The breakfast they served every morning was delicious and had a nice view of the area.
Nothings.

Breakfast could be better.

Great location and views. Clearly a family business with friendly atmosphere. Each day we received a map of the area with recommendations for a hiking trip to be sure we cover the best from the area. Fantastic food (both for breakfast and dinner)!! We will definitely recommend this place further and hope to come back soon ourselves.
Just a few observations that might be of interest to someone: Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant area. Beds are very soft, which might be an issue for someone with back problems. Despite having "satellite TV" in our room, there were only 5 German channels (we did not mind).

Located in a peaceful uphill area with stunning views and near some nice hiking trails. The breakfast provided was enjoyable with a good variety of options. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The decor and furniture of the rooms were a bit dated and might not be to everyone's taste. The room size is a bit on the small side and lacking in certain amenities.

Friendly owner, who also explained the local hiking options and places nearby.
Breakfast was in general good, but could be improved little bit better. Internet was not available for free or at least not for a flat rate for complete stay. Had to be taken on an hourly basis (1.5eur) :-(

Would've stayed longer if we had the time!

Located in a beautiful scenic area, this hotel offers stunning views of the valley. the nearby towns of Beaufort and Reisdorf in Luxembourg are worth exploring. the hotel is situated down the hill from the main town, which allows for a quieter stay. Rooms are spacious, equipped with basic facilities and have soft comfortable mattresses. Breakfast is tasty with a selection of items catering to different tastes. the staff is polite and accommodating.
Some aspects of the hotel are outdated and in need of renovation.

It is ideal for enjoying nature, trekking, picnic etc. The hotel staff has great knowledge about trekking in the area. You can get any advises with a practical map. We took an apartment room which was spacious with a balcony in the quiet residential area. Sauna was available for every guest for free. Very good sauna. You should know the apartment is 200m from the hotel. We knew it, so it didn't bother us.
It was not really breakfast buffet. You get breads, ham and cheese at your table (there are slices of bread on the buffet table, though.), and it was rather limited. For such price, it was poor breakfast, should I say. The room was generally clean, but there were teeth paste spots of the previous guests in the glass cup in the bath room. And bath room was somehow smelly, specially in the morning.

Great views! The hotel had a fantastic terrace where we enjoyed New Year's Eve fireworks all over town. The breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of options to start the day. The rooms were clean and well-maintained despite their outdated décor. Also, the staff recommended some good hiking trails in the nearby mountains.
The hotel was way too far from town and the location was an absolute nightmare for us. We had to walk up steep hills and through dark alleys to get to the hotel, which was not convenient for us at all. Additionally, it was extremely difficult to find parking around the hotel, and we had to worry about our car's safety throughout our stay.
